falcons home opener: atlanta outside

on sunday, september 20, 2026, the falcons returned to mercedes benz stadium for their home opener against the carolina panthers. outside, atlanta had its own story unfolding.

what started at a family tailgate became a wider look at game day. the camera followed the gathering and the surrounding streets, catching the people, personal style, and everyday places along the way. parked cars, team jerseys, and familiar faces became part of the same record.

the walk to marta belongs in that story too. game day reaches beyond the stadium gates, into the routes people take and the moments they share along them. this gallery follows that movement through atlanta, one frame at a time.
